Summary
To supervise and plan the supply chain activities for our business, we are looking for a qualified logistics manager. The ideal applicant will be in charge of effectively managing the flow of goods, guaranteeing seamless operations from manufacturing to delivery.
Duties
- Execute and oversee logistical plans to streamline procedures.
- Oversee and plan supply chain activities.
- Preside over transportation and warehouse management systems.
- Oversee the management of supplies, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
- Make use of your data analytic abilities to enhance logistics processes.
- Work together with internal groups to improve business procedures.
- Verify adherence to pertinent laws and regulations.
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and third-party logistics (3PL)
- An understanding of transportation and warehouse management systems
- A solid grasp of category management in the context of logistics
- Strong data analysis abilities to provide well-informed choices
- Knowledge of the procedures involved in choosing, packing, shipping, receiving, and materials handling
Types of Jobs: Fixed-term contracts, full-time
Duration of contract: 36 months
Salary range: £34,286.00-£35,777.00 annually
