Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – UK Visa Sponsorship
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong early childhood education background and a genuine joy of working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner you will be a key member of the team in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and flourish. Duties include designing and implementing educational activities, providing for each child’s well-being and establishing and maintaining strong connections with children and families.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and administer interesting educational programs that are customised to meet the unique needs of each child.
Supervise and assist children throughout play, making sure they are always safe and sound.
Ensure good communication with parents on their child’s progress and development.
Work with others to establish a positive team atmosphere that supports professional development.
Set up and stick to daily patterns, like lunch times, nap times, and activities.
Observe and evaluate children’s development, maintaining accurate records of progress.
Work within health and safety requirements in the nursery environment.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to strengthen professional abilities.
Work Experience
Previous experience dealing with children in nursery or childcare setting is a must
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or comparable discipline would be preferred.
Proven leadership qualities, capable of managing small teams efficiently.
Good verbal and written English communication skills to interact with children, parents and colleagues.
