Full & Part-Time Positions Available
Responsibilities
Keep the kitchen clean and organised, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Assist chefs with food preparation duties as needed to ensure all ingredients are prepped for cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and proper repair of culinary items and equipment.
Assistance in storing food goods, correct labelling and rotation.
Support chefs during hectic service periods by helping out as required.
Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.
Please immediately report any maintenance issues or risks to the kitchen management.
Work Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is useful but not essential – the most important thing is a willingness to learn!
Some knowledge of food preparation processes is helpful.
Ability to perform successfully under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
Must have good attitude and work well with people to aid others in the Kitchen.
Passion for culinary arts and a desire to develop talents in the hotel industry.
