Job Summary
In order to supervise our culinary operations in a lively restaurant setting, we are looking for a skilled and committed kitchen manager. The ideal applicant will be passionate about food and have good leadership abilities, making sure that our kitchen operates efficiently while upholding the highest standards for food safety and quality. This position is essential to providing our visitors with a remarkable dining experience by efficiently managing the kitchen’s personnel and supplies.

- Together with the culinary staff, create new menu items that take into account consumer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Respond quickly and expertly to any consumer grievances or concerns regarding food service.
Skills
- Excellent leadership skills and prior experience managing a multicultural staff in a busy restaurant setting.
- Knowledgeable about a variety of cuisines and skilled in cooking and food preparation skills.
- Outstanding organisational abilities, able to oversee several projects at once while paying close attention to details.
- Familiarity with best practices in hospitality management and food safety legislation.
- The capacity to cooperate with front-of-house and culinary departments to improve overall guest satisfaction.
- While not required, prior bartending experience is beneficial.
