Tokyo Bagel is a Japanese-style bakery café in the heart of Waterloo, London, and it’s developing quickly. Come work with us as a front of house, barista or barman. We make Japanese bagel sandwiches, pastries and high-quality coffee by hand. Our evening idea is turning into a cocktail and bar experience. We’re looking for people that are passionate and full of energy to work as Front of House Staff, Baristas, and Bartenders. What we want: A friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused attitude It would be good if you have experience brewing coffee or working as a barman (although training can be given). Can function well in a busy setting Good at working with others and talking to them It helps if you like Japanese food, café culture, or cocktails. You might have to do the following: Making coffee, beverages, and easy desserts Giving great customer service and keeping the place friendly Taking orders and processing payments Helping with the everyday running of the shop (for bartenders) Making cocktails and helping with evening service
