Overview of the Job
We are looking to add a committed IT support specialist to our team. The chosen applicant will guarantee the seamless operation of computer systems and network infrastructure by offering technical support and assistance to our employees. Principal Duties of User Management and IT Administration

Control access levels, permissions, and application user accounts across many business systems.

Manage user management on file servers, including user provisioning, security permissions, and folder access.

Manage and address help desk support tickets, making sure that technical problems are resolved promptly and accurately.
Support for Information Security

Help the information security manager with tasks pertaining to compliance, audit paperwork, and due diligence.

Encourage routine system inspections, security procedures, and best practices for data protection.
Technical Support & System Maintenance

Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees throughout the company on a daily basis.

Oversee the hardware, software, and IT system installation, upgrades, and maintenance.

Investigate and resolve network, device, application, and user environment problems.
Experience and Skills Needed

A track record of success in an IT administration, service desk, or support function.

Strong knowledge of Windows environments, user account administration, and Active Directory.

Familiarity with troubleshooting typical hardware and software issues and helpdesk ticketing systems.

Fundamental understanding of data security, IT compliance, and cybersecurity procedures.

Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to assist non-technical users.

Strong multitasking and organising abilities.
