Manage every facet of restaurant operations, such as personnel scheduling, inventory control, and making sure health and safety laws are followed.

Hiring, training, and recruiting all restaurant employees, including hosts and servers
Employee scheduling to provide adequate coverage during shifts
Simplifying restaurant procedures to enhance patron satisfaction
Keeping an eye on the finances of the restaurant, including sales and expenses
Implementing food safety regulations and other guidelines to improve visitor safety
advertising the eatery and figuring out how to attract additional patrons
Resolving client grievances
completing the required documentation, including reports on sales, inventory, and employee attendance
The following qualifications are needed for the role:
Three years or more of experience as a floor manager
Currently residing in the UK on a valid visa
Proficiency in English
