🇬🇧 Holiday Park Manager – Visa Sponsorship Switch Available
Our client is looking for an experienced vacation park manager for their high-end vacation resort in South Wales.
In addition to working closely with all departmental managers to ensure that every guest has a flawless experience, the front of house manager is in charge of helping the owners oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house staff, which includes waiting/bar staff and reception workers.
As the Park’s ambassador, you will make sure that every visitor is made to feel welcome and that all employees deliver prompt, correct customer service while fostering a stimulating, upbeat, and vibrant work environment. The position is hands-on, and you will be expected to help employees at busy periods with any operational tasks that may be necessary to guarantee that customers’ expectations are fulfilled.
📋 Principal Tasks:
to help the owners manage the front of house, waiting/bar and reception workers on a daily basis.
Communicate with each department manager to ensure that every visitor has a flawless experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and show outstanding leadership to staff.
Make sure that every choice is made with the hotel and its owners’ best interests in mind.
Assure comprehension, awareness, and adherence to all Bear security, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
Solve problems and offer individual suggestions based on expertise and experience to enhance goods and services.
Continue to be open to new ideas and actively explore them. Attend staff meetings.
