Are you a seasoned healthcare assistant seeking a fulfilling position in a nursing home? We are looking for committed professionals to join our team and give our residents exceptional care.
What you’re going to do:
Help residents with everyday tasks, mobility, and personal care.
Assistance with food, reminders for medications, and mental health
Collaborate closely with nurses and other medical specialists.
Uphold the highest standards of respect, dignity, and person-centred care.
What we are trying to find:
- 12 months or more of experience working in a care facility
- A professional, considerate, and caring approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is an example of a relevant care qualification (recommended).
- An openness to working weekends and nighttime shifts
