⭐ Key Responsibilities: Healthcare Assistant UK

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

Follow and implement personalised care plans under supervision

Help with meal preparation and serving when required

Maintain accurate records of care delivered and note any changes in a client’s condition

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care

Provide basic health monitoring and medication reminders

Accompany or transport clients to appointments or outings, when necessary

Ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
⭐ Experience & Requirements

Previous experience in home care or a care facility is preferred but not essential—training will be provided

Understanding of care plans and basic IT systems for record-keeping is helpful

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

A valid driving licence is desirable for roles that require client transportation

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation and follow care procedures
