Principal Tasks
- Assist clients with their daily tasks and meet their specific needs by providing exceptional personal care.
- Make sure those who are vulnerable are protected from abuse, and report any indications of suspected abuse that you come across or learn about.
- To help individuals with their medicine as specified in their individual risk assessments and care plans, and at the degree of support that has been agreed upon.
- While preserving hygiene, prepare meals taking into account the dietary requirements, cultural norms, and preferences of the service user.
- Recording service user data on carer’s notes, including personal information, care plans, medical records, and health changes.

Important prerequisites:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to own a vehicle are advantageous.
Current Although not required, an enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
