Health Care Assistant (Sponsorship Available)

Duties:

• Helping medical personnel provide patients with support and care
• Taking and documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse rate, and blood pressure
• Helping with personal care duties, such as grooming, dressing, and bathing
• Medication administration under a doctor’s or nurse’s supervision
• Helping patients move around and transfer
• Keeping an eye on patients’ conditions and informing medical staff of any changes
• Preserving a hygienic and secure setting for patients
• Helping patients who need assistance with meal preparation and feeding
• Offering sufferers friendship and emotional support

Experience:

While not necessary, prior healthcare experience is preferred.

It helps to know some fundamental medical terms and processes.
