Main Duties
Do food safety and quality checks (HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and UK rules)
Check that cleanliness, protocols, and paperwork are all in order.
Provide training that follows HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards.
Make audit reports, help with root-cause analysis, and take corrective action
Keep improving the food safety systems for your clients.
Important Requirements
Master’s degree in Food Quality, Food Safety, Food Technology, or a related field
At least five years of experience in food safety, quality audits, or compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Auditor with BRCGS/FSSC approval (with audit log)
BRCGS ATP
Tutor Approved by Highfield
