A Female Skilled Care Worker (SOC Code: 6135) and Senior Care Worker (SOC Code: 6136) are needed to join our committed team. We are a reputable, caring employer.
Sponsorship of Visas
Candidates looking to switch visas are being considered for this position as skilled care workers.
As a licensed sponsor of the Home Office, we are able to sponsor skilled workers who fit the Home Office’s requirements.
Qualifications for the Position:
- Must already be a UK resident. (At this moment, we are unable to receive applications from overseas.)
- Ideally situated five to ten miles from Redhill, East Surrey.
- Must be able to produce proof, possess a fully legal UK or foreign driver’s license, and have access to a car for work.
- Willingness to acquire business auto insurance (a necessary condition)
- Flexibility in working early (starting at 7:45 AM), late (starting at 5 PM), and on alternating weekends
- Capacity to Provide Both Domiciliary Care and Live-in Care
- Employee (as defined by the Home Office and care worker codes 6135 and 6136).
- Willingness to finish a three-day required training course
- Dedication to providing reliable, superior person-centred care
- Courtesy, professionalism, and empathy for customers and coworkers.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities to uphold business relationships consistently.

Principal Duties:
Delivering superior personal care services, such as bathing and dressing
Prescription drug administration (per training)
Assisting clients with everyday tasks and promoting self-reliance
In charge of grocery shopping, housework, and food preparation
Taking customers to social events or appointments
Providing emotional support and company
