Job description:
We are looking for an experienced, hard working, fully hands on Store Manager for our Domino’s Pizza Store in Bathgate.
This is a senior management role and we are only looking to appoint someone with a proven track record of at least 5 years management experience at a previous Dominos location in the UK.
If you are already on a skilled worker visa and having trouble renewing, we might be able to help you since we have a CoS available to assign, if you have the necessary expertise.

Needed Attributes:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and build a team.
Hands-on, can-do attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage various tasks in a fast paced setting.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure its seamless functioning.
Take over FLM completely.
Train, encourage and coach your team to deliver great customer service.
Handle stock control, inventory and store ordering systems.
Strict adherence to food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP rules.
Hire and coach team members to build a good, high-performance culture.
Respond, enhance service and store performance with customer input.
To ensure profitability meet sales, labour and food cost targets.
Implement marketing techniques and encourage upselling to maximise sales.
All team members must be compliant with Domino’s UK standards and rules.
Always keep store ready for a 5 star OSA inspection.
