Important Tasks and Responsibilities: Distribution Assistant
- Assist the Fleet Manager with daily dispatch coordination and scheduling.
- Create manifests, compliance records, and delivery paperwork.
- Track the positions of vehicles, keep an eye on the status of deliveries, and inform clients.
- Keep precise records of driver hours, deliveries, and collections.
- Use internal systems to help preserve logistical and inventory data.
- Work together with drivers and clients to make sure deliveries are completed on time.
- Assist the management team with reporting and administration.

Pay: £24,420.00–£34,706.27 annually
