Job Description:
A computer/mobile phone technician with experience and knowledge in mobile phone repair is what we are looking for. The ideal applicant will possess in-depth understanding of how a mobile phone functions, including how its hardware and software components operate together. This includes:
- Basic understanding of the electronic parts of computers and mobile devices
- Rapid and effective identification of issues in a variety of electronic devices
- Command of flawlessly refinishing tablets and cell phones
- OLED screen refurbishment, including touch separation, lamitaing, and OCA punching.
- Understanding of diagnostic instruments, such as thermal cameras, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
- Creating invoices for sales.
- Answering consumer questions by phone or email
- Contacting clients by phone and email for post-purchase assistance is known as credit control.
- Making contact with and keeping up with suppliers
- Creating purchase orders
- Handling receipts and payments
The Successful Applicant
Should has knowledge of how to repair tablets and cell phones.
Proficiency in Google GSuite (Sheets and Docs) and Microsoft Excel
Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities · Well-organised with a “can do” mentality. Being multilingual will be beneficial. (Any EU language, including English and Urdu)
A minimum of one year of relevant experience and a GCSE are required.
