Experience is advantageous but not necessary because there will be a free, ongoing training program that includes introduction training and the Skills for Care Certificate.
Minimum Requirements for Community Carers UK
· You must possess a valid UK driver’s license and be able to drive your own vehicle.
You need to have a dependable cell phone.
You have to register calls and information using the corporate care system.
· You must be able to communicate effectively and have a high level of written and spoken English.
You have to stay current on the necessary training.
You must be able to maintain composure, be patient, and comprehend the demands of service consumers.
· You must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday every week, or alternating weekends. (When working weekends, take two weekdays off.)
· Employment is contingent upon Enhanced DBS checks, suitable references, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
