About You
You will be in charge of the care of every resident in your section of the assisted living facility as a charge nurse at HC-One. Even in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, you will oversee the entire household. And you’ll always put the welfare of the residents first, whether you’re following up on any resident visits pertaining to illness, giving out prescription medications, or maintaining records to satisfy legal requirements.
As a registered nurse with a current NMC Pin, you will be aware of your dedication to your career through the NMC’s established standards of practice.
In addition to supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor, you will be passionate about mentoring and imparting your experience to your colleagues. You will learn the value of clear written and verbal communication and set an example of professional conduct.
You will promote and provide care for the residents of our assisted living facility and their family using a person-centred approach.
Candidates who currently reside in the UK and meet the requirements of two years of experience are eligible for sponsorship for a skilled worker visa. We are unable to accept your application at this time, therefore please do not apply if you reside outside of the UK.
