Care Assistant – Certificate of Sponsorship Available
You need live in Reading or a nearby location to be a Care Assistant.
The Company will help and care for people, from daily visits to full-time care around the clock. So, we have a variety of work patterns that could help you find the right balance between work and family life.
Responsibilities:
Helping people with personal care and support in their own homes or in care facilities
Helping with daily tasks like bathing, clothing, and grooming
Giving medicine as prescribed by doctors and nurses
Helping with cooking and eating
Being there for clients and giving them emotional support
Helping with light housework, including doing laundry and cleaning up
Keeping an eye on customers’ health and behaviour and letting the right healthcare specialists know about any changes
Following care plans and making sure clients are safe and healthy
Skills:
Great at talking to and getting along with other people
Kind and patient attitude
Can work well with others and on their own
Good at organising things and paying attention to details
Ability to follow directions and change with the times
A basic understanding of how to take care of yourself
Knowledge of rules about privacy and confidentiality
As a Care Assistant, you need to have these skills:

Types of Jobs: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: £12.82 to £13.50 per hour
Plan:
Every day of the week, in the morning and evening
A valid Enhanced DBS check and references are needed for the job.

Experience in care: You must have worked as a Care Assistant in a home care setting in the UK for at least six months.
You MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and be able to drive your own car.
