Responsibilities
- Help clients with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, personal cleanliness, and medicine administration.
- Encourage social connection and involvement by offering customers emotional support and friendship.
- To guarantee integrated treatment, efficiently communicate with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Keep track of the client’s development and notify the relevant parties of any changes in behaviour or health.
- Provide mobility support to customers, including safe transfers between locations.
Skills
- A spotless driving record and knowledge of caring, safe transportation.
- Outstanding communication abilities to work well with customers and their families.
- A great desire to help people live better lives and a compassionate disposition.
- Able to coordinate with family members and medical professionals while having meaningful talks with customers.
- Able to comprehend and patiently address the demands of clients.
- It is preferred if you have prior experience providing care or in a similar capacity.
A UK driver’s licence is necessary.
