What You Will Do:
Help with Personal Care: Help clients with personal care duties including washing, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom while making sure they feel comfortable and respected.
Help with Daily Living: Assist clients with everyday tasks like cooking, reminding them to take their medicine, doing light housework, and shopping.
Offer Companionship: Give clients emotional support and company to help them feel less alone and more connected.
Check on Clients’ Well-Being: Check on clients’ well-being on a frequent basis to make sure they are safe, comfortable, and getting what they need.
Make sure you follow all of the company’s rules, including those around client privacy, health and safety, and standards of care.
Help Us Get Better: Join team meetings and share suggestions on how we can improve our services and care processes.
What We Want:
Experience in Care: It is ideal if you have worked in a care capacity before, but it is more important that you really want to help others.
Positive Attitude: A cheerful, helpful attitude and a real desire to help others in need.
Great Communication Skills: Able to talk to clients and their families in a clear way that gives them great service.
Collaborator: Willingness to collaborate with others in a busy setting and help your coworkers.
Flexibility is being willing to work on a flexible schedule, even on weekends, and being able to meet the demands of our clients as they change.
Diligence: Make sure that all care duties and wellness checks are done with care and professionally.
Background Checks: Willing to go through whatever background checks that are needed.
Vehicle: You must own a car and have or be willing to get Class 1 Business Insurance.
