Summary
We are looking for a devoted and compassionate Senior Care Worker WITH UK LICENCE AND LIVES IN CUMBERNAULD to join our team.
The successful candidate will be someone who is an excellent leader and really enjoys providing high quality care in a care home setting.
You will be responsible for the supervision and assistance of care personnel, development of individualised care plans and ensuring the wellbeing of residents is always the priority.
Must have great communication skills, IT abilities and expertise in elder care settings.
A valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities
Oversee and support care personnel in providing quality care services that meet the needs of each resident.
Help residents and their families create, execute and assess individualised care plans
Assist residents with everyday routines such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration; provide direct care
Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
Communicate well to develop good relationships with residents, families and team members
Organise events to improve social interaction and mental welfare of residents
Accurate records should be maintained by employing IT systems for documentation, care planning and reporting purposes
Promote optimal practice within the care home environment by leading by example
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in senior care or a comparable position within a care home environment
Supervisory experience with proven ability to successfully manage and encourage a team
Excellent communication skills paired with strong leadership
Knowledge of development and management of care plans to meet the individual needs
Proficient in healthcare documentation IT systems and communication tools
A valid driving licence is required for transport duties
Compassionate nature with a commitment to giving person focused care
Ability to operate within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing situations
