Description of the Job: Care Worker [Female] – UK Visa Sponsorship

After a three-month probationary period is successfully completed, sponsorship will be given. A caring and committed Health and Support Worker (female) is needed by Topline Care Solutions, a top domiciliary care organisation, to offer our clients in-home care and support services. We are committed to serving our clients with decency, respect, and strict confidentiality. All training will be given; a minimum of six (6) months of experience in the UK is necessary. Personal car access is required. We believe in creating individualised care plans that address each client’s unique needs and are dedicated to providing outstanding care that maintains the highest levels of quality in the sector.

Duties:

• Giving customers personal care and support services, such as toileting, clothing, grooming, and bathing
• Providing clients with necessary assistance with ambulation, transfers, and mobility
• Taking prescription drugs as directed by medical professionals
• Providing clients with emotional support and company
• helping as necessary with feeding and food preparation
• completing simple domestic tasks including laundry, cleaning, and bed linen changes
• Keeping timely and accurate records of the care given

Requirements:

• Access to Vechile is necessary, and you must be in the UK.
• The candidate needs to be able to begin working right away.
• Capacity to operate autonomously and adhere precisely to care plans
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Having a kind and considerate attitude towards customers
• Having a current driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Flexibility in working, including on weekends and holidays
