Job Summary (Care Support Worker UK Visa Sponsorship)
Under the direction of the Registered Manager, you will give basic care to all of the people who live in the Home. To take part in or offer a broad range of activities that address the social, emotional, and mental requirements of the people who utilise the program.
Duties (Care Support Worker UK Visa Sponsorship)
To help service users become more independent within the limits of their own needs
to give personal care that is right for the service user’s needs
to keep up the high level of care for the personal rooms and property of service users
to help service users and their families meet their needs
to tell the Registered Manager about any changes in the service user’s condition
to make it easier to talk to each other clearly
to use resources wisely and in the right ways
to keep correct records
to follow the Health and Safety rules to make sure that equipment is used safely and correctly
to tell the Manager about broken equipment and other problems
should follow the Home’s rules, procedures, and policies that have been authorised
to go to required training sessions and those that are meant to help you grow as a person
to look for NVQ training when possible
to help with activities for the people who utilise the service
Health and Safety
Every employee has a general duty to take reasonable care of their own and others’ health and safety, which includes wearing the right safety gear and using safety devices when needed. To help Management satisfy its obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and any changes that have been made since then.
If you don’t follow safety rules or directions from your boss, you could face disciplinary action.

All staff must keep secret any information they acquire about their job, other staff members, or visitors to the Home.
Variation
This job description doesn’t cover everything, and it can be altered or reviewed with the person who holds the job based on the needs of the Home and the needs of the service users.
Location
LOCATION: We are currently located in two counties: Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. We need workers in both places, so please let us know which one you’re interested in.
