Seymour House is a boutique care facility close to the Metropolitan Line station in Northwood, Middlesex, North West London. It is a contemporary, opulent 36-bed facility that offers personalised, round-the-clock dementia care. Our goal is to offer the best care possible in a truly “home from home” setting.
To assist our care and management team with the daily management of care planning and compliance paperwork, we are looking for a highly organised and meticulous Care Planning Administrator. For someone seeking flexible work hours and a significant contribution to the provision of high-quality healthcare, this is the perfect position.
Important Duties

Developing, maintaining, auditing, and updating resident care plans

Making sure documentation conforms with legal and CQC requirements

Providing risk assessments, reviews, and updates to the care team

Keeping private documents compliant with GDPR

Communicating with carers when necessary

Helping with quality assurance paperwork and audits
Crucial Knowledge & Experience

Prior administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare or care context)

Outstanding organisational and detail-oriented abilities

Effective communication both in writing and speaking

Self-assured with digital care systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Proficiency in managing sensitive data

Knowledge of CQC requirements
