We are looking for a Senior Care Worker that is dedicated and caring to join our team. The best person for the job will have worked with seniors and supervised others before, and they will be very dedicated to giving our residents the best care possible.
As a leader in this profession, you will be in charge of care activities, making customised care plans, and making sure that people in a home care setting are healthy.
A valid driver’s license is preferred to make it easier to go around. The person who gets the job will need to show that they can communicate well, lead others, and use the IT tools used for care documentation well.

Work with healthcare professionals and families to evaluate clients and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
Give each HOME attention CLIENT tailored attention based on their own care plan.
Watch over and help junior staff members, and create a positive team environment.
Use IT systems to check that records of care supplied are correct and that they follow all rules and regulations.
Follow health and safety rules to help make the place safe and comfortable.
Help your clients feel better by talking to them with empathy and spending time with them.
Help plan activities that improve the quality of care for residents.
Use spot checks to find out what training staff needs and what essential policies and procedures will help them do their jobs better.
You need to check the stock of medications for clients, making sure to check for expired or stopped medications, enter them properly in the system, and send them back to the pharmacy.
Talk to pharmacies, GPs, health care experts, workers, and clients about changes to medications and concerns in a clear way.
