We are a modest 18-bed residential care facility. Due to our remote location in the Blackdown Hills, Taunton, Wellington, Chard, Honiton, and Hemyock are all just a short drive away.
🎯 Role Requirements
The applicant must be extremely well-organised, flexible, and capable of completing all daily tasks for a team of three carers.
The applicant must be able to effectively manage a small team and communicate with the multidisciplinary team both in person and over the phone. Additionally, the individual must be able to follow management’s instructions and blend in with the home’s routines, values, and vision.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Preferably, NVQ Level 3 or higher. However, we will accept an NVQ Level 2 candidate for the correct position (compensation will reflect this). For the appropriate person, growth and progress are possible.
