Our main goal is to give our clients outstanding care in the convenience of their own homes so they can continue to be independent for as long as feasible. In addition to offering invaluable company, care assistants are essential in helping clients with personal care duties like dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and housework.
Since our domiciliary care company needs to travel across the local community to visit our customers, it is a must for all of our applicants to have prior care experience in the UK, a valid UK driver’s license, and access to their own vehicle for both personal and professional use.
Minimum Standards for Carers:
- The ability to operate your own vehicle
- Invest in business insurance.
- Using the company care system to record information and calls
- English language proficiency enables efficient communication, both in writing and speaking
- Dedication to staying current with all necessary training
- Shown capacity to maintain composure while exhibiting tolerance and empathy for the needs of service users
- Ability to work on different weekends
- Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks, and positive references are required for employment.
Requirements for Visas:
- Having at least one year of experience as a senior carer or care assistant, or a minimum Level 2 healthcare qualification (or its equivalent)
- Possessing a valid UK driver’s license (in some cases, foreign licenses may be accepted)
- Submitting a comprehensive, current resume free of gaps in school, employment, or experience
- High levels of proficiency in the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing
What We Provide to Selected Candidates:
- Sponsored care workers will always work an average of 150 hours per month, with working hours varying from 37.5 hours per week. The salary will be paid on a monthly basis, with a £23,205 yearly salary assured.
- Additional hours will be available to you at a rate of £12 per hour.
- Holiday pay and 30p per mile travel reimbursement
- Pension plan of the company
- Extensive chances for initial and continuing training
- Sponsorship for a maximum of five years with the possibility of permanent UK resident status
- Complete assistance during the application procedure for a UK visa.
