In Faith Care Ltd are searching for a caring, reliable and proactive Care Assistant to join the team and deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients in their own homes.
The requirements to be considered for this role:
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle since travel between client homes will be necessary.
Ability to read, write and communicate well in English.
Have a supportive attitude which includes caring, respect and empathy for people.
You will be conversant with basic IT technologies such as tablets or computer to record care activities and update client records.
Be able to accurately follow individual care plans and precise instructions.
Be reliable, responsible and able to work on your own initiative, whilst making a positive contribution to a bigger care team.
Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends .
Experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred, but not required. Full training will be offered for the suitable person.

About the Position
As a Care Assistant with In Faith Care Ltd you will be providing tailored care and practical support to people in their own homes, allowing them to preserve their independence, dignity and quality of life.
You will develop trusting connections with clients and give support based on their particular requirements, preferences and care plans. Your compassion, reliability and positive attitude will help to ensure that each client receives safe, respectful and person orientated care.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide personal care in a person-centred way, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility and medication reminders.
Help clients with activities of daily living like meal preparation, light housework and errands, supporting independence wherever possible.
Provide help as per clients’ needs and accepted instructions and follow personalised care plans.
Communicate sensitively and politely with clients, to understand and respond to their requirements, preferences and concerns.
Develop positive, professional connections with clients, their families and other members of the care team.
Use tablets, computers or other IT tools to accurately document care rendered, observations and other relevant information.
Travel securely and effectively to and from clients’ homes and give support at agreed times.
Observe all appropriate health and safety, protection and care procedures.
Respect the dignity, privacy, choice and independence of clients in all interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues and relevant health professionals to support great results for clients.
