Summary

The new restaurant and bar at the Hustyns Hotel is getting ready to open. We are seeking a seasoned bar manager or supervisor who can oversee our bar operations, provide exceptional guest service and contribute to the development of a high-quality beverage experience within the hotel.

Important Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations to provide seamless, excellent service.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and foster a friendly environment.

  • Educate, oversee, and assist bar employees.

  • Control bar stock through inventory management, ordering, and rotation.

  • Uphold strict standards for compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene.

  • Help with seasonal cocktails, promotions, and cocktail menu ideas.

  • Support important occasions, events, and functions at the hotel.

Specifications

  • Prior work experience as a pub manager or supervisor.

  • Strong familiarity with wines, beer, spirits, and cocktails.

  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

  • Capacity to properly handle hectic service and address client issues.

  • Must possess a current driver’s license or alcohol license.

  • Dependable, attractive, and guest-focused.
