For our Domino’s Pizza locations in Heartlands and Bathgate (West Lothian, Eh48 4pj / Eh47 0se), we are now hiring two devoted, diligent, and seasoned assistant store managers. Have you worked in a Domino’s Pizza restaurant before? If so, please share your thoughts with us. We are seeking leaders with the ability to motivate and guide a group of people to achievement.

Our primary objective is to quickly prepare and serve delicious pizzas while attending to our loyal customers and effectively managing a sizable staff. Among your duties will be, but not be restricted to: Overseeing every facet of food safety and store cleanlinessKeeping daily expenses under control to increase profitabilityEncouraging your staff to increase productivity across the store in order to meet our company’s high requirementspreserving our customer service concept, upholding and improving the best practices, and upholding a strong brand image and service standards, including uniform and presentation requirements.
Please note that we are only hiring candidates with at least 18 months of management experience at Dominos for this role. If you do not have the experience, your application will be automatically rejected.
Type of Job: Full-time
Salary range: £29,500.00 to £31,500.00 annually
