To assist us stay ahead of the curve, we are now seeking a competent, hands-on Airbnb, Lettings & Office Manager with strong Airbnb experience. For someone with strong property management expertise who takes pride in providing excellent service and high standards, this versatile position is ideal.
About the Role
As the go-to person for both short-term and long-term rentals, you’ll be responsible for maintaining properties, ensuring that guests and tenants are taken care of, and ensuring that our listings are doing well. Along with helping with normal business administration, you’ll also maintain the office’s efficiency. For someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and organisation, this busy, people-focused position is perfect. Since work may occasionally need to be done on the weekends or after hours, flexibility is essential.
What You’re Going to Do
Short-Term Accommodations (such as Booking.com and Airbnb):
- Oversee short-term rental listings and Airbnb from beginning to end.
- Maintain current calendars, costs, and availability.
- Manage all reservations and correspondence with guests.
- Organise maintenance, cleaning, and check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure that homes are constantly presentable and ready for guests.
- Schedule and report using property management software, such as Lodgify.
- Track occupancy and performance, and provide recommendations on how to make listings better.
- Reduce the number of unoccupied nights by promptly promoting and turning over rooms.
Residential Lettings:
- Onboard new tenants and complete the necessary documentation and references.
- Oversee rent reviews, compliance inspections, and tenancy renewals.
- Conduct property assessments and make the required repairs.
- Handle routine tenant enquiries and contractor management.
- Coordinate with our finance staff and oversee rent collection.
- Maintain current property records, paperwork, and certifications.
Office and Administration:
- Maintain the office’s daily operations
- Interact with external partners and suppliers.
- Assist the directors with routine administrative and operational duties.
