Experience and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline (or comparable job experience).
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, service delivery, and IT systems support (Levels 1–3).
- Strong familiarity with networks, printers, peripherals, and desktop and laptop technology.
- Familiarity with incident management, vendor coordination, and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of how systems (file servers, email servers, and application servers) integrate.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to conduct trend research and provide organised reports.
- Strong asset management and organising abilities.
