Job Role
- Give clients outstanding personal attention in their daily lives and attend to their specific needs.
- Make sure those who are vulnerable are protected from abuse, and report any indications of suspected abuse that you come across or learn about.
- To help patients take their medications as specified in their individual risk assessments and care plans, and at the agreed-upon degree of support.
- While preserving hygiene, prepare meals while taking into account the dietary requirements, cultural norms, and preferences of the service user.
- Recording service users’ personal information, care plans, medical records, health changes, and other information on carer’s notes.
- Making safe and appropriate use of manual handling equipment.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as asked.
