Take the lead in developing and maintaining EDI dashboards that facilitate the measurement and efficient dissemination of both hard and soft EDI goals.

In charge of making sure that statutory returns like WRES, WDES, and Gender Pay Gap reporting are accurate and timely, as well as supporting the goal of accessible intersectional data and people intelligence

Assist the Associate Director of EDI in organising workforce data and ESR projects, as well as in determining and assessing the results of work programs.

The position will provide guidance and oversee the redesign of our reporting warehouse infrastructure as well as the mapping, migration, testing, and validation of our clinical data.
