Recruitment Process
Procedure for assessment
We want to be a welcoming and accessible workplace for all people as a responsible healthcare company. We recognise the value of having our employees speak for the communities and clients we serve. We welcome applications from individuals with a range of experiences and backgrounds.
Our evaluation procedure:
Throughout the evaluation process, we want you to be true to yourself and give it your all at every turn. Although the evaluation procedure varies based on the position and division of the company you are applying to, we have included a sample procedure below to get you ready:
Stage 1: Application
- Choose the position that most suits your qualifications, interests, experiences, abilities, and/or motivations by looking through the openings on our careers website.
- In addition to uploading your resume, you will be asked a number of questions pertinent to the position you are applying for during the application process.
- We receive so many applications that we are unable to personally reply to them all, but rest assured that a member of our recruitment staff reviews each one. There is a chance that
- You will receive an email informing you if your application was unsuccessful. By taking the actions listed below, you can monitor the status of your application.
Stage 2: Screening
- One of our recruiters will conduct a phone interview as part of the screening process for certain positions. We’ll probably ask you a few questions during the phone interview to determine your suitability for the position.
- We may use an online test as part of our screening procedure for other positions. Ability exams involving inductive, deductive, or numerical reasoning may fall under this category. If we ask you to take an online test, you will be provided with a wealth of information. Information regarding these tests, as well as free practice versions, can be found online.
Stage 3: Manager assessment
The recruiting manager will probably invite you to a behavioural or competency-based interview.
A work sample activity, such as a role-play, presentation, technical exam, or case study, may also be included in this step.
What we’re assessing during the assessment process:
We may evaluate you based on several criteria during our assessment process:
- Competencies are quantifiable actions that help people succeed in their careers. Take communication, for instance. Usually, this is evaluated at the interview stage.
- The capacity to apply knowledge or practical skills required for efficient technical performance in particular positions is referred to as skills. For instance, being competent to operate an accounts payable system. Usually, this is evaluated at the interview stage.
- Knowledge/experience: Your professional background and early life experiences. Take overseas adventures, for instance. Usually, this is evaluated at the screening phase.
- Cognitive ability: Your capacity for thought. For instance, the ability to reason logically. During the screening phase, this is frequently evaluated via online tests.
- Motivation: A person’s values and interests that impact their engagement and professional path. Take autonomy as an example. Usually, this is discussed during the interview phase.
Preparing for your interview
When getting ready for an interview with us, keep the following advice in mind:
- Do some research on our business.
- Get ready to give instances of successful things you have accomplished in your life.
- Utilise the job advertisement to help you determine your priorities. All of your examples don’t have to be relevant to your job. Achievements from outside employment, such as voluntary work, can also be included.
- Instead of utilising the same example for many questions, try to come up with a variety of examples to demonstrate the range of your experience.
- To help you recall them, try to utilise examples from the last 18 months.
- Instead of describing what your team performed, you should pick examples that allow you to explain particular actions you took.
- We recommend utilising the STAR model while creating your examples:
- Situation: 10% of your response should focus on the circumstance you faced.
- 10% of your response should go towards the task you were assigned.
- The action you did accounted for 60% of your reaction.
- Result: 20% of your response should focus on what transpired as a result of your activity and the lessons you took away from it.
- In addition to giving us a chance to learn more about you, the interview gives you a chance to determine whether we’re a good fit for you. Have questions ready on the position, the team, the training, or anything else you’d like to discuss.
