Principal Responsibilities:

Encourage customers to engage in leisure and social activities.
Helps clients with personal hygiene, dressing, toiletry tasks, and everyday mobility.
Assist customers by making breakfast, changing bed linens, and keeping the service user’s living space clean.
Encourage service users to participate in general household chores like cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping in order to help them get ready for independent living.
Observe, track, and document the mental and physical health of clients; instantly notify senior staff of any changes.
Assist the client at their homes or assisted living facilities.
When assisting the service users, communicate clearly with social workers and any other pertinent specialists as needed.
To conduct routine health and safety inspections in the service user’s living space.
Help clients be lifted, transferred, repositioned, and moved safely.
