• alternatively, you can directly contact care providers from the sponsor list asking if they are hiring, you can find them and their contact details through internet search
• when you select a suitable job offer, you can then submit your CV, or write to the job advertiser

The Shortage Occupation List can change and the Home Office can add or remove jobs from the list. The Home Office uses reports from the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to help them make decisions. The most recent report from the MAC, called the Migration Advisory Committee: annual report, has been published on the UK government’s website (www. govuk) Based on a suggestion from MAC, the Home Office plans to include more Care jobs on the Shortage Occupation list.

The care jobs listed below are in high demand and are included in the UK Shortage Occupation List starting from 15/02/2022. This extra thing will only last for 12 months. After that, the people in charge will look at it again and decide if it should keep going. For the next year and a half, until February 2023, foreign care workers and carers can apply for a Health and care visa and come to the UK with their spouse and kids under 18. The Health and Care visa allows people to stay in the UK permanently if they have lived and worked there for 5 years without any breaks.
