Formulate and put into effect financial policies, processes and internal controls

Manage month end and year end closing processes
Perform financial analysis to detect patterns, variations and possibilities for improvement
Advise senior management on strategic financial matters
Work with other divisions to support company strategies and decisions
Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent subject (Master’s degree desirable)
CPA qualification is highly desirable
Proven experience as Controller or related role
Knowledge of accounting concepts and practices
Familiarity with financial management tools (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
Advanced Excel abilities for financial analysis/modeling.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High attention to detail and correctness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced setting.
