Responsibilities
Assist with the day to day branch operations including customer service, administrative activities and sales activities.
Assist senior management in monitoring employees and making sure the team is productive
Participate in leadership, management techniques and organisational procedures training programs
Support the creation and implementation of branch strategies to satisfy corporate goals
Help plan team meetings, training sessions and community engagement activities
Look at branch performance statistics to see where we can do better and make changes to fix things.
Interact with clients to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and build long-term connections
Progressively expanded duties as part of the management development pathway
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desired but not essential; the key is a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
Good organisational abilities and capacity to handle numerous activities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead with focus on team development and motivation
Can be flexible in a fast paced atmosphere and troubleshoot efficiently
A certified qualification in business management or similar subjects an advantage but not a must
Driving license desirable but not essential. Willingness to travel between branches as necessary
