Responsibilities
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales and direct interactions with potential clients to actively promote products and services
Successfully conclude sales by negotiating terms, prices and deals and assuring client satisfaction
Safely and efficiently drive company cars as needed while visiting clients, attending meetings or delivering products
Keep track of sales activity, customer interactions and follow-up tasks in IT systems in an organised way
Understand customer requirements, respond to enquiries clearly and provide appropriate solutions to maintain great customer service
Actively set appointments and manage time efficiently to fulfil sales goals
Work with team members to establish strategies for entering new markets and improving sales volume
Demonstrated success in a B2B or retail sales setting with proven negotiation skills
Strong English communication skills (both vocal and written) and ability to comfortably interact with varied clients
Valid driving licence and clean driving record; comfortable driving often for work-related purposes
Experience with IT technologies such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales management systems.
Strong ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational abilities
Customer service role experience with active listening and problem solving skills
Understanding of negotiation approaches and time management skills
