We are looking for Newly Qualified Social Workers who:
Holds (or is due to obtain) a BA, MA, BSc, Apprenticeship degree in Social Work or equivalent approved by Social Work England
are dedicated to expanding understanding of theory, legislation and best practice
Understand the complex nature of the situation for children and families
Works in partnership with families and professional networks
Have a good awareness of safeguarding
Communicate effectively and confidently with children, families and professionals
