We pay for block hours (not per visit) so that our employees have a steady and consistent income each month and a permanent contract with guarantyd hours.
Skills and Qualifications
We do not require any qualifications in care as we have a great induction training and development program for each staff.
In return we promise:
£13.45 per hour for drivers with their own automobile.
Time paid for travel
Mileage reimbursement
Contract Full Time – 35 – 42hrs/week
Working hours 07:00-14:00 with 30 min break and 16:00 – 22:00 with 30 min break
Every 2nd weekend off guarantyd working pattern
PVG charge received

SVQ 2 & 3 access

Successful applicants will be PVG Registered since the work involves providing personal care of an intimate nature.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
We expect our workers to provide a high standard of service to our clients in compliance with regulatory and customer criteria including:
help with waking up and going to bed, bathing, showering, washing hair, teeth, skin care,
toilet use, catheterisation,
food prep,
medication cueing,
Usage of lifting and handling equipment,
documentation & reporting
