Stockroom Assistant – UK Visa Sponsorship Available
Job Summary
As Stockroom Assistant you are vital in helping us maintain a well-organised back-of-house that runs like clockwork to optimise our peak performance. You are helping to improve direct and indirect customer-service experiences by upholding high standards and by putting rectification protocols in place. Your collaboration with the management team is essential for improving profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together we don’t just run a store, we develop an exciting, profitable store experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Receive and process stock delivery and shop floor replenishment
Following store operations, organise stockroom to best practices
Ensure availability of size on shop floor with Store Management team
Conduct business activity like sales in the stockroom
Train all personnel on store logistics training and best practice
Qualifications

Flexible schedule: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
English-speaking ability
Preferred but not required
Previous retail experience including knowledge of shop operations & customer service skills.
Confident advising customers on fashion trends, fabrics, sizing, etc
