Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for mortgage and financial products to increase brand awareness and client base.
Identify and develop new business prospects by creating relationships with property agents, brokers and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine patterns, customer needs and growth potential.
Manage digital marketing efforts such as social media, email campaigns, website content and online advertising.
Generate and nurture leads, track enquiries and promote conversion of prospects to clients.
Support the sales team in the development of marketing collateral, presentations and client proposals specific to mortgage and financial services.
Build relationships with clients by following up on questions and offering information on products and guaranteeing high level of customer service.
Help create and implement marketing plans that support the goals of the business.
Organise events, seminars or promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
Exceptional written and vocal communication skills in English.
Good organisational abilities and capacity to handle many projects at the same time.
Demonstrated ability to manage complicated tasks or project management skills.
Analytical talents, including the capacity to evaluate facts and translate it into useful information.
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite comprising Word, PowerPoint, Excel and IT applications related to marketing activities.
