Job Description
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance to clients and internal users.
Troubleshoot and troubleshoot software, hardware and communication issues.
Support for cloud-based applications and SaaS applications.
Reply to service level targets for support tickets, emails and phone calls.
Set up, administer and service user accounts and devices.
Train customers on the company’s software.
Escalate complex technical concerns to engineering/product teams.
