Responsibilities
Conduct detailed inspections of premises to document condition and inventory status
Use property management software to keep accurate and up-to-date records of all property assets
Carry out routine data input in connection with property inventories, updates and reports
Assistance with administrative tasks such as filing, communication and record keeping
Answer phone questions in a professional way about property details and inventory status
Assist the team with upselling possibilities during client engagements as appropriate.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule inspections/repairs as required
Ensure compliance with the organisation’s policies and procedures in relation to property management
