Property Sales Negotiator – UK visa sponsorship
Goals of the Job
To assist the property manager in all facets of residential property sales and estate agency operations in the North Berwick office, both practically and administratively.
Important Duties
✅ helping the property manager with every facet of selling residential real estate
✅ Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and effectiveness
✅ Keeping track of appointments, schedules, and diaries
✅ Creating timetables, advertising materials, and sales brochures
✅ inspecting premises and collecting data for advertising
✅ Communicating with vendors about their property and its salient characteristics
✅ Assisting with market appraisals and property valuations in compliance with office protocols
✅ Using social media, internet portals, and office advertising to market and promote properties
✅ Organising expert photos and property floorplans
✅ assembling home reports and communicating with certified surveyors and other pertinent parties
✅ When necessary, accompany and lead property tours
✅ Offer negotiations between buyers and sellers
✅ advancing sales and communicating with mortgage brokers, surveyors, solicitors, and other real estate brokers
✅ counselling customers and supporting potential buyers during the purchasing process
✅ Assuring that the agreed-upon sale prices are acceptable to both the seller and the buyer
✅ Keeping abreast of local residential and commercial real estate markets
✅ Employing various software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and case management systems
✅ Keeping customer files and records up to date
✅ Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to company rules and legal regulations
Proficiency and Background
The ideal applicant need to have:
✅ Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organising abilities
✅ The capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively
✅ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
✅ Prior experience in real estate, property, or legal services is desirable
✅ A professional and adaptable approach to work
✅ A clean, full UK driver’s licence is preferred
Work Hours
Depending on the chosen applicant, this position is open either full-time or part-time. Candidates for part-time positions must be able to work at least three days a week inside a nurturing organization.
