THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
📍 Location: The Beeches, UK
⏰ Hours: Full time – 40hrs each week (including sleep in, weekends and shifts)
💷 Salary: £27,497 per annum + up to £700 additional compensation per month for sleep-in shifts.
💤 Sleep-in pay: up to £700 per month (depending on sleep-ins worked)
🔄 Shift Pattern: 1 day on 2 days off rotation
💰 Overtime Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) after minimum 40 hours worked
✔ Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates seeking for this position.

We accept submissions from foreign individuals with expertise in childcare, residential care or working with children and young people.
Visa sponsorship may be available for adequately qualified individuals who match the role requirements and are eligible (or have the right to work) in the UK.
YOUR DUTIES
creating a safe warm and supportive atmosphere for young people
Developing positive and trusting relationships that allow young people to flourish
Contribute to and support individual care plans and daily routines
Keeping proper records, logs and written reports
Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing and good life skills
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
Experience working with children and young people in a care, education or support context is preferable.
International experience in related jobs will be thoroughly considered.
Passion:
A real, person-centred dedication to making a good difference in young people’s lives
Qualification:
Level 3 Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or comparable abroad qualification) preferable.
If you are not already enrolled, you will need to enrol after your probationary time and this will be fully supported by us
Right to Work:
You must have the right to work in the UK or be eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route – we will guide qualified candidates through this procedure
Driving:
Full UK driving licence desirable
